Lovely relaxing break

The food was excellent. The island is stunning. All staff polite, friendly and helpful.

The DJ could have played music to suit all age groups, we didn’t like the thudding constant beat she played, I fell she’d be more suited in Ibiza not this idyllic resort. Mini bar could have included wine aswell as beer.

We enjoyed every minute of Oblu Xperience! We stayed for 4 days in a beach villa, which was amazing! Clean, spacious, and you could hear the ocean waves ???? The villa was cleaned every day, and the towels were also changed. The food is very delicious and diverse - international, indian, and thai cusine, all prepared with a lot of care by the professional cooks. There are a lot of activities every day - aqua gym, live music, maldivian traditional dances, barman show, movies & popcorn????...and much more. All great and much appreciated. The client is in the center of attention, and you feel spoiled and absolutely forget about every day worries.

Sometimes, it was complicated to use the shower. Without touching the knob it will continuously switch between very hot to cold.

Absolutely fabulous

We had an absolutely amazing stay from start to finish! The airport transfer was very smooth and quick, the water villa was absolutely fabulous and everything was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive, there was a good selection of food and drinks and the island is very tidy. The amenities are great - we tried the spa and the underwater restaurant and loved both. We snorkeled just outside our villa and got to see plenty of fish and some coral.

Everything was amazing, this is not negative feedback, but it would be nice to have: - Bikes to borrow on the more remote villas - I know there is a buggy shuttle going every 10 minutes, but having a bike to get around would be very convenient - The buffet had set timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner - it would be great if there was a place to have food outside of these times included in the all inclusive plan (e.g. the resorts in Mexico would have a taco truck on the beach serving tacos outside the scheduled food times)

Lovely property, friendly staff

Boat transfer took about 20 minutes, which is not too bad when you are traveling with little kids. Excellent variety of food items served over breakfast, lunch and dinner. We stayed at the water villa, which was perfect for travelers who enjoy snorkeling and swimming.

It can get warm and muggy in the bathrooms, it would be nice to have an extra fan for ventilation. The spa was mediocre, and not worth $80 for the hour

Great stay

Beautiful water villa. Good buffet. Amazing experience in the underwater villa. Lovely staff. Highly recommend for an entry-level Maldives trip!

Only complaint - the transfer. We were told we’d be waiting 30-45 mins for a boat but it ended up being 2 hours. Yes it was free but wouldn’t have minded a paid option if it allowed us to leave the airport right away or only after a short wait.

Amazing resort with a lot of facilities and services included.

Everything is amazing in this resort. The food is delicious and there is a large variety. Acommodation is clean and looks better than in pictures. The staff is friendly and professional. There is always something going on in the resort, you can’t get bored (bar, cocktails, dance nights, cultural activites). They also have a big pool, the water is clean. Would definitely recommend this resort. Everything top!

Nice resort, but wouldn’t come back again.

- The beach near the bar was amazing. - The location is very good and close to Male. - Food was really good. - the shuttle staff are friendly as well as the staff at the restaurant

- The staff at the bar are not friendly at all with low quality of drinks - You can only use one beach near the bar while others are not suitable to swim due to rocks. - room wall is too thin that you can hear your neighbors

Real Island Vibe

I booked a family villa which had two bathrooms, a main bedroom with a king size bed and a kids room with a bunk bed - very good use of space. We could enjoy our vacation without feeling like we were piled on top of each other. I also, especially liked that I could step out of our room directly onto the beautiful beach. The staff was fantastic! They went out of theor way to make you feel welcome. The buffet was great - lots of variety. Awesome pool.

Nothing major. If you're used to all-inclusives that have a grill that serves up snacks outside of main meals, this is not one of them. After breakfast, lunch, or dinner ends, there aren't any included snacks available, except for a popcorn machine at the bar. There is a cafe were you can buy sandwiches and pastries and they are not too pricey. Plus, the timings of the meals never left us feeling hungry.

Bad value for the money, no privacy, bad experience.

- No privacy: - workers would literally get inside without asking, we were swimming in the water villa we stayed at and we turned around to find staff calling me to ask if we wanted the room to be cleaned. - They would enter the room even if you have the "do not disturb" sign on the door. - When you get there you need to sign a paper that you're the only person responsible for anything lost, meaning staff would barge in, steal your stuff, and you can't do anything about it. - They don't provide a key for the door that is facing the beach, meaning anyone can swim to you and enter your room without any key. - The food isn't great and will get you sick. - It's so expensive compared to what you would get, not worth the money. - Water slide opens for like an hour per day, workers just disappear after a few minutes of opening it for some reason and come back after hours. - Some lights are broken in the room. - Water provided is in a glass bottle and it tasted so bad. - Underwater restaurant is not as advertised, and it's $150 per person, even if you have an all inclusive plan.

ok to stay for a night prior to leaving Male, but not that impressed

location was excellent with easy access to the airport. the transfer was good as well

It was good, however, the cost is high with reference to the facilities provided.

Breakfast & Dinner served has good variety; however varieties in lunch need to be improved.

The non-inclusion of motor related sports & that the freebies for non motorised is given for half an hour during entire stay need to be improved. In addition, wi-fi coverage is poor and need enhancements. Also, flexibility should be given for extended hours during the meals and atleast one time food should be allowed to be carried out especially for children during the day of check-out.
